tournament.
Fall Meeting
The fall meeting for Diocesan
Directors was held on September 29-30, 2006 in Houston,
Texas. If extenuating circumstances prevented you from
sending a representative from your league, you must notify
a member of the NCFL Executive Council by December 1, 2006,
or your league will not be eligible to participate in the
national tournament.

Public Forum tab room
With the addition of Public
Forum Debate, tab room personnel will be needed for this
event at nationals. Email
Roland Burdett if you wish to do this.
Membership Deadline
Membership cards and dues must
be received by Dick Gaudette by December 10, 2006. See the
Forms page for the documents. Schools
registering after the deadline may join by January 10
with a 10% fee penalty.
Extemp and Debate Topic Areas
Any suggestions for
the Lincoln-Douglas and Public Forum topics should be sent
to
Kieran Larkin by January 10.
Suggestions for Extemporaneous Speaking topics should
be sent to
Catherine Luhr.
