NCFL 2012 Hotel Reservations

The 2012 NCFL Grand National Tournament will be using five hotels in the Baltimore Inner Harbor area for NCFL Nationals.  This year we are pleased to be using housing services by ConferenceDirect, the official housing bureau of NCFL.  We encourage everyone to use the housing service and book within the NCFL block of rooms to ensure that NCFL meets its commitments for using the hotel space and that our league, as a whole, gets the best value.

The ConferenceDirect website link for NCFL will be posted here on/about January 17 and the reservations process will be open to everyone at that time.  You will be able to review information on each hotel, make comparisons and complete your hotel room reservation based on your preferences, such as amenities, cost or proximity to venue. 

 



There are 3 Easy Ways to Book Your Hotel:

For Groups of 10 rooms or More

If you will be making 10 or more reservations feel free to use the Sub-block Request Form, or email ncfl@conferencedirect.com to receive the form. The last day to submit your completed form is March 26th.

Paying by Check: Leagues/Schools may choose to guarantee reservations with a credit card or pay by check. Credit cards will not be charged in advance. Checks may include the first night's room rate plus tax a deposit, or the expected full amount. When sending check(s) for multiple rooms please list the names corresponding to each reservation the check applies to. When paying by check remember to bring a credit card or cash to the hotel to cover incidental charges to the room(s). 

  • ON or BEFORE April 1st: Make all checks payable to NCFL/ConferenceDirect and mail to 5600 Seventy Seven Center Drive, Suite 240, Charlotte, NC 28217
  • APRIL 2nd through MAY 10th: Make all checks payable to the HOTEL and mail them directly to the HOTEL where your reservation is being held. Be sure to include "NCFL" and your ConferenceDirect Acknowledgment Number on the check, and attach your acknowledgment/invoice indicating the names corresponding to each reservation.
  • AFTER MAY 10th: Do NOT send check(s). Please make the check payable to the HOTEL, and bring it with you to check-in. Until the hotel has your check, guarantee your reservaiton(s) with a credit card.
