School Membership Form (2025-2026)
All member schools must complete the NCFL School Membership Form and pay $60 dues by December 19, 2025. Please note, we do require "wet" signatures, but we encourage you to complete the other form fields electronically. Diocesan Directors should submit their league's forms and dues to: NCFL (c/o Mike Colletti) PO Box 31785, Chicago, IL 60631. Forms can also be emailed to Mike at [email protected].

Richard Gaudette Service Award Nomination Form: 2026 Nominations Closed
The Richard Gaudette Service Award was established in 2008 in honor of the NCFL's Executive Secretary and Treasurer of more than 25 years. The principle which guides this award is service. The individual/group nominated must be or have been a member of the NCFL who promoted service as well as "leadership through speech" at either a local, state or national level. Nominations will be accepted until January 10, 2026, with the award/s being presented at the NCFL Grand National Tournament Award Ceremony.
